PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 7-14 working days unless otherwise stated.

As many items are handmade or prepared to order, processing times may vary during busy periods, launches, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated by the postal or courier service and are outside of Crystal Kiwi’s control.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DISPATCH

Once your order has been shipped and handed to the postal or courier provider, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Crystal Kiwi is not liable for postal delays, missed deliveries, customs delays, theft after delivery, or parcels lost in transit.

However, we will always do our best to assist customers in locating missing parcels where possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Crystal Kiwi is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

TRACKING

Tracking will be provided where available depending on the shipping service selected.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • Outer packaging
  • Inner packaging
  • Damaged items

This allows us to review the issue and assist where possible.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, duties, or fees charged by their country.

Crystal Kiwi has no control over these charges.

DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Crystal Kiwi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, strikes, customs processing, courier disruptions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.
